Product Description

Built Better is an intermediate level exercise program that incorporates standard gym equipment. This 12-week program is designed around a hybrid approach to sets/reps. In three 4-week blocks, experience set/rep/weight progressions from week to week and movement progression from one block to the next.

This program is best for those who already have a solid amount of knowledge and experience in the gym.

Purchase includes a PDF with the exercise program, video demos and detailed cues, sample warm up and mobility exercises, common gym terminology, and keys to success.
