Built Beginner is designed for people with an entry level of exercise knowledge. This 12-week program incorporates a hybrid approach to sets/repetitions. In three 4-week blocks, experience set/rep/weight progression from week to week and movement progression from one block to the next.

This program is best for those looking to build a solid foundation in the gym.
