Built At Home

Product Description

Built at Home is designed around body weight, banded, and light dumbbell exercises. This 8-week program incorporates higher repetitions/sets to achieve muscular fatigue and failure. In two 4-week blocks, experience set/rep/weight progressions from week to week and movement progression from one block to the next.

This program is best for those looking to get a solid workout with minimal equipment and/or beginners looking to build a foundation before entering the gym.

Purchase includes a PDF with the exercise program, video demos and detailed cues, sample warm up and mobility exercises, common gym terminology, and keys to success.
